All rental properties are advertised at a fixed weekly price. Western Plains Real Estate does not solicit or accept offers of rent above the advertised price, in accordance with NSW rental advertising laws. Rent for all WPRE-managed properties is reviewed no more than once per year, with a minimum of 60 days written notice provided. All properties comply with the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW).
