Vendors and purchasers consent to these checks as a condition of engagement.
Personal information you submit through any form is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Collection Notice.
6. Rental applications — no fees
Western Plains Real Estate does not charge fees for the lodgement or processing of tenancy applications, or for the preparation of a residential tenancy agreement. These charges are prohibited under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW).
